Summary

If you are on a corporate/business domain, Crystal Delivery will need permissions to access the mapped folder/file share that you're using to store the reports. 

Solution

Crystal Delivery Pro works best using a service account. The service account must be given full permission to your mapped / file shares and you must run the Crystal Delivery Service using the service account user.

These instructions explain how to add required file share permissions.  This solution is most reliable as it is not affected by user password changes.

Solution Steps

• Right-click Your File Share folder > Click Properties
• Click Sharing tab
• Click Advanced Sharing button
• Click Permissions button
• Click Add button
• Enter your Service Account User and click the Check Names button
• Click OK Button
• Select the following permissions
  • Full Control: Allow (Checked)
• Click Apply > OK > Apply > OK 

• Click Close
