I cannot install the update.  My reports stopped pulling data a few days ago & I'm guessing it's because of the update??

can I have please a valid file for our  bought lincenses


I have the same problem too. Our  bought a 2 machine lincense and I am getting  no response.

Our key is not working with this version and the beta key ist not valid anymore. please help.
