I have several reports that have been scheduled that will not export by schedule or manually through Crystal Delivery.  Reports have several subreports and run with no issue directly in Crystal Reports.  Currently on 14.1.4 and issue exists for several scheduled reports.  Thoughts on a solution?

Hi There,


There was an issue discovered in 14.1.4 which was resolved and re-uploaded.  Generally, the version numbers are advanced when this happens, but in this specific instance, it was not.


If you re-download and re-install 14.1.4, this issue, as you described, should be resolved.  Please let me know how it goes.
