Upgrade Crystal Delivery Pro
Follow the below instructions to upgrade your Crystal Delivery Pro installation to the next versions.
Part 1 of 2 - Backup your settings (Optional)
- Click Start > Type File Explorer > Press Enter to open the file explorer.
- Navigate to the following location:
C:\ProgramData\Crystal Delivery
- Copy and Paste the crystaldb.sdf file in the same folder and rename the file to the following:
Example: crystaldb-backup.sdf - Move on to Part 2 below
Part 2 of 2 - Install Update
- Download the latest version of Crystal Delivery Pro.
Download Here - Double-click the CrystalDeliveryPro.exe installer.
- Follow the instructions in the install wizard.
After the installation is completed, run Crystal Delivery Pro
- Click Start > Type Crystal Delivery Pro > Press Enter
- You may see a message that the crystaldb.sdf database has been updated > Click OK
- Done > Installation was successful.

Follow the below instructions to upgrade your Crystal Delivery Standard (and Free) installation to the next versions.
Part 1 of 2 - Backup your settings (Optional)
- Click Start > Type File Explorer > Press Enter to open the file explorer.
- Navigate to the following location:
C:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\Crystal Delivery - Copy and Paste the crystaldb.sdf file in the same folder and rename the file to the following:
Example: crystaldb-backup.sdf - Move on to Part 2 below.
Part 2 of 2 - Install Update
- Download the latest version of Crystal Delivery Standard
Download Here - Double-click the CrystalDeliveryStandard.exe installer.
- Follow the instructions in the install wizard.
After the installation is completed, run Crystal Delivery Standard.
- Click Start > Type Crystal Delivery > Press Enter
- You may see a message that the crystaldb.sdf database has been updated > Click OK
- Done > Installation was successful.
