How to Upgrade Instructions

1. Make a backup of the crystaldb.sdf file before proceeding.
   This file is located in C:\Users\<<Your User>>\AppData\Roaming\Crystal Delivery\crystaldb.sdf
2. Download and install the latest Crystal Delivery Standard version here
3. Use the license key above for activation.
4. Ensuring Crystal Delivery Standard is closed, copy and paste the existing (backup copy) crystaldb.sdf file over the (replacing) the current crystaldb.sdf file.
5. Run Crystal Delivery Standard.
   • The software will try to update the database, but on old versions of the product, this may need to be done manually by our side.
   • If you receive an error message when trying to open Crystal Delivery Standard, this applies to you.

6. We will upgrade the database and send you the file back at which point, the latest version of the product will work with the database.
7. Run Crystal Delivery
