Reset License

Licenses are tied to the computer Crystal Delivery is first installed on.  If you are needing to install or reinstall Crystal Delivery, you will need to reset the license in the Customer Portal.   This will free the license up and allow for the installation on the other computer.


License Reset Instructions

If you need to move Crystal Delivery to a new computer, you can use the License Reset functionality in the Customer Portal.

  1. Visit groffautomation.com/customer
  2. Enter in the email the license was purchased with and check the CAPTCHA Box
  3. Click the blue "Lookup" button
  4. Click the blue "RESET LICENSE" button next to your license
  5. Click the red "1 Resets Available" button to reset the license

Note:  Licenses can only be reset once per 30 day period to limit licensing misuse.  Additional licenses can be purchased at any time if needed.
