Problem
When installing Crystal Delivery, after adding in the Serial Number, a message pops up with the following error:
Solution
The machine you are installing Crystal Delivery on must have internet access to groffautomation.com
Tip: On the target install machine, open up a web browser and try to visit groffautomation.com. If you are unable to load the website, you will not be able to install/activate Crystal Delivery. If you are unable to access groffautomation.com, reach out to your systems / firewall administrator to ensure access is allowed such as through adding to a domain whitelist.
Once activated, the groffautomation.com domain does not need to remain whitelisted and can be removed, although this will prevent the auto-update functionality from working.
