Crystal Delivery Pro - Install Guide
With Crystal Delivery Pro, there is a service called Crystal Delivery Service which is installed with Crystal Delivery. This service ensures that your reports run even when no one is logged into the machine.
Additional Configuration is Required for the Crystal Delivery Service when installing on a domain computer or server.
Installing on a Domain Computer or Server
If you're installing Crystal Delivery Pro on a domain-connected computer, such as a computer at your workplace or school, you must ensure that the Crystal Delivery Service is granted the necessary permissions to the mapped drives and file shares you may be using.
To grant Crystal Delivery Service the required permissions, select one of the options below:
Installing on a Non-Domain Computer
No additional steps are needed when installing Crystal Delivery Pro on a non-domain computer.
